Loving daughter of Esther Klotter and the late Arthur Klotter. Cherished grandmother of Jack & Noah Wagner. Dear sister of Byron (Deen) Klotter and Melanie (MIchael Berry) Garner. Kathy passed away November 9, 2014 at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with cancer.
